Shipping & ReturnsGeneral Terms 1. We ship orders to the 48 continental states of the United States via FedEx or UPS Ground service. Our standard shipping rates apply to Ground shipments. 1.1. P.O. Box addresses are not served by FedEx or UPS. We may ship these orders via USPS First Class Mail. In that case our standard shipping table rates do NOT apply; actual cost will be charged to the customer. 1.2. UPS or FedEx AIR or USPS Priority Mail delivery are available services upon request and for an additional charge. 2. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in Georgia. Shipments via our standard Ground Delivery to the furthest continental destinations such as Florida and California may take up to 5 days. 3. Typically, your order will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. No shipping takes place on weekends. Factors that may affect this timing are: 3.1. Product protection - We may hold your order until the following Monday to prevent perishable product from remaining in a truck over a weekend. 3.2. Christmas Season (Sept. 15th - Dec. 25th) - Though we make as many preparations as possible during the season, we may be up to a week behind. We will try to keep you updated if your order will be delayed more than 7 days. 3.3. Product Availability - If more than 20% of your order is out of stock, we may choose to hold the order until the required products arrive. If your order will be held for more than 7 days, we will contact you for possible substitutions. 4. Customer is responsible for receiving of the shipment. If the product cannot be received at the shipping address provided by the customer, due to absence of addressee, closure of a business location, or any circumstance at the receiving party side preventing the successful delivery of the shipment, the vendor cannot be responsible for damage to or loss of the product. In many cases the shipper will leave the package at the door in case no one answers the door, in which case the vendor accepts no responsibility for damages. 5. Incorrect delivery information, including zip code mistakes, incorrect address or re-routing of packages at the point of delivery will result in extra handling charges. All claims for returned shipments must be submitted within 30 days. Packages left at the shipping station for 30 days without a response from the customer, will be sent back to the warehouse. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges. 6. Immediately upon receipt of the shipment make a visual inspection of the package. Report any damage to the driver. If you discover damage after delivery, make a note of it and email us right away at customerservice@gulliverstrading.com. Shipping Rates Actual shipping cost is charged to the customer. No-Risk Guarantee If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon delivery of products ordered from us, then we will gladly refund your money. We will only charge you for the return shipping cost. In that case please contact customerservice@gulliverstrading.com, so we can issue a return authorization number. Products must then be returned within 15 days in order to receive a refund. Return Policy All credits must be issued on the original purchasing credit card on record. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days. Once the product is received back by us, it will be inspected *) and your money will be returned after deduction of the return shipping cost. *)Items that are damaged by misuse or lack of proper care, or otherwise deemed as defective due to customer abuse or neglect, will not be accepted for return and will not be credited. | ||||||||||||||||
